A Tailor cuts and weaves pieces of clothes into armor, bags, shirts or other cloth items, Tailors too have the ability to create cloth items for cloth wearing classes, for example: mages, warlocks and priests in WoW. Tailors can especially make Herbalism bags. They too can learn powerful and rare recipes as the highest level which gives them the chance to create shirts, dress-up items and powerful gears.

Tailors don’t need spicial equipment to create items and can create them where every they want as long the have the required proper ingredients. Which are gathered from monsters or purchased from other players in WoW. If someone you know know`s about you being a tailor then they can help you collect ingredients.
